Returns & Cancellations:
Cancellations We can only accept cancellations up until the custom building process starts. After this time, we cannot cancel an order. We reserve the right to deny a cancellation at our own discretion. To request a cancellation, email greg@trendmanor.com.
Returns: Due to the nature of our items being custom-made to order, we do not accept change of mind returns. However, rest assured that any damages or imperfections that arise due to transit will be corrected at our expense.
