Returns & Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

Shipping Locations: We currently ship throughout the United States. Continental US shipping is free. Shipping outside of this zone incurs a fee due to significantly increased air freight costs.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Fulfillment Times: Unless otherwise marked as ready to ship, or as samples, our standard time to build an order is 4 to 6 weeks. Most items are made custom to order, unless marked as in stock.

Shipping Partners: We work with trusted delivery services to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Due to the size of our products, we crate all items and hand-deliver them to your door. White-glove delivery may be available at checkout for full placement, unpacking, and crate removal.

Damage in Transit: Every piece is crated and wrapped for its journey, so damage is rare. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will repair or replace it at our expense. We recommend leaving a message in writing, here.

Assembly

No assembly required: You will never open a box of flat panels, cam locks, and an Allen key. Every Trend Manor piece is built and finished by our craftsmen, not by you. Tables, cabinets, seating, and case goods arrive fully assembled and ready to use.

Exceptions: Bed frames arrive as a few solid, pre-finished components that connect in minutes with the hardware included, and our white-glove team can assemble and place them for you.

 

30-Day Returns

Trend Manor is proud to be one of the few custom, made-to-order furniture companies in America to offer returns.

Refunds: For change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your delivery, you will receive a 100% refund minus the cost of return shipping, capped at $199. Anything above that, we cover.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item leaves our workshop. There is no cancellation fee.
