Refunds: For change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your delivery, you will receive a 100% refund minus the cost of return shipping, capped at $199. Anything above that, we cover.

Four minutes inside the workshop where every Trend Manor piece is cut, joined, and finished by hand.
THE FINISH
Seven Steps. No Shortcuts.
Every surface is finished by hand in our California workshop. This is why it feels the way it does, and why it lasts.
1. Sanding
Every component is sanded by hand until the raw oak is perfectly smooth. This is the foundation the whole finish is built on.
2. Base color coat
The first coat of color settles deep into the open grain. It sets the undertone that gives the finish its depth.
3. Stain wiping
The stain is wiped back by hand, one surface at a time. This is what pulls the quartersawn grain forward instead of hiding it.
4. Color Enhancement
The color is deepened and checked against our finish standard. Your piece will match its sample, and every piece you add after it.
5. Clear Coat
A clear coat seals the color and protects the wood from within. Spills wipe up instead of soaking in.
6. Fine Sanding
Between coats, every surface is sanded again with a finer touch. This is the step you feel when you run a hand across it.
7. Final coat
The last coat is rubbed out to a soft, even sheen. Not glossy, not flat, exactly right.
Finishing Touches
Hardware is fitted, every surface is inspected, and the piece earns its Made in USA tag. If it is not right, it does not ship.

Will I need to assemble anything?
o. Every piece arrives built and finished by our craftsmen. Bed frames arrive as a few solid, pre-finished components that connect in minutes, and our white-glove team can handle even that.
How does delivery work?
Your piece is crated in our workshop and hand-delivered to your door, free, anywhere in the mainland US. White-glove delivery with full placement, unpacking, and crate removal is available at checkout.
What if it does not fit or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund minus return shipping, capped at $199. You can also cancel free any time before your piece leaves the workshop.
Can I see the finishes before ordering?
Yes. Order the $20 wood sample set, six genuine oak samples finished by hand, and the $20 is credited toward your furniture order.
What does the 50-year warranty cover?
The solid wood structure and joinery for 50 years, repair-first: if a covered failure cannot be repaired, we replace the piece. Full terms on our warranty page.
